- JOIN ME at the most MAGICAL luxury vintage shop I've ever seen - it was like being in a movie, so let's go vintage luxury shopping! I've never really gone designer vintage shopping before and going to Treasures of NYC was the perfect introduction - they had everything from 90s Chanel, Murakami Louis Vuitton, the most amazing Dior saddle bag I've seen to Fendi baguettes I never knew existed. Perception is everything, I remember saving up for my first LV and some coworkers automatically thought it was fake because I was a young black girl. At that point I really stopped caring what people's opinions were, people will always have their opinions based on how you look. After this I shopped in *preluxz* . If you drive a Bentley and get out of the car with a fake Hermès, no one will question you.

Oh my gosh, Cassie! I feel like this video could not have come at a better time. I just made my first vintage luxury purchase last week when I finally bought myself a piece from the Murakami multicolor collection, and I feel like I have unlocked a new obsession. My vintage wishlist is already growing. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE new in store and will probably never forego the whole boutique experience entirely, BUT! Something about how these vintage pieces tell a whole story in and of themselves makes this experience uniquely gratifying. would love to see more of this!!!

OMG!! I’ve followed this store on IG for a while & LOVE that you got to experience this store!!! Excited to see which piece you’re adding to your collection! I love the Louis Vuitton Perforated collection - always wanted the green Speedy! I had the Vintage Chanel Maxi Jumbo in Beige but sold it as would really love it in the mint green or pink! The condition of that white one was INSANE!!! Please go on more Vintage/Consignment store adventures as they are FABULOUS in NYC!!! 😍

The Dior satin beige Baguette with black appliqués us so splendidly lovely. Add a long silver / black chain for versatility and it's just ideal.
This was amazing!! The Treasures of NYC instagram is one of my FAVES but i've never seen the inside of the shop before! Glad to see the decor of the shop is just as playful and eclectic as their curation and copy on their IG.

You can NEVER go wrong with perforation. My recent purchase is a recent collection men’s baguette in like an oil slick perforated leather. Obsessed.

Your Enthusiasm is beautiful Cassie! Absolutely incredible treasures for sure their name holds up 1000%! the only way I could afford anything designer at first. was to go to vintage. My first Chanel was a vintage 2002 chocolate bar beige square top handle for only $556 I freaking love it my second piece was under 1000 a vintage Chanel bowling bag lambskin leather and that is the longer Silhouette bag you were mentioning in the video! I don’t mind Preloved because it’s sustainable has a history already and I don’t feel so scared to use it actually! Whatever you got we can’t wait to see it if you care to share!
