Dusty Gym Chalk Reform Tutorial | ASMR | HOW TO

roughly estimated measurements
(adjust ingredients accordingly depending on desired size of batch):
* 2 blocks of crushed & sifted gym chalk
* half of a 9 oz bottle of baby powder
* half of a 16 oz container of cornstarch
* 2 oz (1/4 cup) of Pinesol (or liquid cleaner of your preference)
* 1 oz (1/8 cup) Dawn dish soap (or liquid laundry detergent)
* lots o’ water
you can substitute the dish soap for liquid laundry detergent but i feel like the dish soap really ups the dustiness for some reason. i hope this was helpful. let me know if there are any other tutorials you’d like me to film. it’s kinda fun. 🤪 also if you try this out please tag me in whichever platform you see fit and let me know how it goes!!

I tried this , but idk they didn't come out dusty maybe because I added measurements a bit more though the texture of my reforms have definitely been soft!! I'm so thankful to you

Any substitutes for soap that you can think of? Also to make the reforms snap when broke apart can I add a little less water so the mix is thicker?

you can skip the soap and just use pinesol if you prefer. and yes! way less water! if it’s still not snappy then dial back on the baby powder and cornstarch. you just might sacrifice some dust when doing that. 😭 but the snaps may be worth it for you. if you try it, let me know how it goes!

hi! i always just keep my dehydrator at 160 f and depending on what mold and how much mix, i’ll dehydrate it for 4-8 hours in the mold, and 8-12 hours outside of mold. 🖤

If you’re not dehydrating, depending on climate and other factors, it can take quite a while. Maybe a couple of weeks? (It’s been a while since i air dried so not sure. But play around with it!)
