Very NICE of you to provide this (somewhat) justly-famous, "old" recording ... from the days of Decca/London's monaural endeavors. After many years, and many, other performances, Gibson and the RPO still stand (very-sturdily, IMO) the test of time.

This cannot be the "old" recording. It must be from the collaboration he was developing with the RPO at the time of his much too early death in the mid-1990s
