It was good to hear the old sounds, but when I played these as a youngster, there was much bumping and body english involved, always being influenced by how sensitive the tilt function was set. An app just cannot come close unfortunately.
Back in the eighties I had 150 machines, electro-mechanical and electronic situated in various venues around town. The electro-mechanical ones were real heavy to cart around. Very difficult to get a hold of a working machine today.
The only difference between this game and a real machine, on this one you can only watch after you have let the ball shoot, but on a real one you can bump the machine, to get a ball into an hole.
To be honest, these modern computers has ruined those old sounds of all those mechanicals..... Electronic sounds WILL never resembles those old sounds of bingos.....
True, I enjoyed working on these old machines, then we had to buy the new electronic bingo machines. They sounded silly and had no charm at all about them.
wisico640 wow that’s a good collection, 50 machines? Depends where they are situated. What state? I used to have quite a few of the old ones and newer electronic ones too but in our state NSW they were made illegal due to some mindless nanny state decisions
@@wisico640 Wow cool. Bally bingo machines are selling for between $500 to $3000 depending on the model. Miami Beach for instance can be worth $2500 or Miss America Delux $3000 in good working condition.
Thank you Sir
