He did his best to show me beautiful things and to instill a respect for the natural world. I'm 36 now. He passed last year and I often come back to the songs from this movie and from Spirited Away to feel close to him again. I miss him very much.

This is my favorite song on the Ghibli Album. Since it released I’ve been listening to it for every occasion and, many people who are not familiar with Ghibli have commented how beautiful it is. It proves that people can tell that heart and soul was put into its production. The talent is stunning and so moving! Please keep it up!

This is one of my favorite film scores. Dare I say, this is more beautiful than the version sung in the film. I love that you chose to have a purely vocal part without the lyrics. The melody itself carries such weight. Thank you guys for doing such justice to Hisaishi's music 😌
