The vast majority of the libraries that I use come from the EastWest Composer Cloud. It's a subscription-based service that offers a super wide selection of libraries for around 300 per year. I also use some Kontakt libraries like Cinematic Strings and Action Strikes (usually I just look for stuff that's on sale).
