@@Its_ReaperO_O its saying Todoroki doesnt want to be associated with Endeavor, and giving someone a cold shoulder is intentinally ignoring or being rude to someone to reject them, and since todoroki is half cold half hot, he quite literally has a cold shoulder. saying "his fathers name" basically just means, when hes reffered to in something like a news article, he doesnt want to be called "endeavors son" or something along those lines, he wants it so that even after endeavor passes, people dont think of him as endeavors kid basically hes saying the flow is really cold.
