Green - Tier 3
Light Blue - Tier 4

hey Royal, just wanted to bring something up that I think you missed. When you inspect the skins from the case ( 1:20 ) there are actually multiple pages of skins on every tier. You can see down and to the left it says 1/3 and you can switch trough pages. This is something I recently noticed too.
