Oh wow! That's how the house looks inside?? I pass by those houses on the water, every time I cross the Buckman Bridge.
Nah....that's near riverside
Mandarin behind San Jose Blvd.
Mike Silva can confirm, I live off Scott Mill. Definitely mandarin.
@@socialmediagoon892 Yep, they have those in Riverside. Those ones in Ortega are big but they aren't the old money homes of Riverside
Dude, every time I thought the video was about to end...you guys showed a whole new section of the estate. This place is sick.
I would love to see the JEA bill on this one
I'm paying nearly 400$s this place is probably like 3000$ because JEA is horrible.
Lmaoo facts
It’s not JEA fault. That’s like saying the gate station is horrible because of gas prices
Except JEA wants to more then double the already above average prices they are charging o.O you're uninformed apparently.
They won't let any other electric companies in Jacksonville so JEA can hold a monopoly on the city and rape the people for all their money. It's ridiculous!
The architect did an awesome job, the grounds were beautiful, I like they way how it was self-sufficient with a garden and having animals (chickens) and being near a body of water. This estate had everything to offer. Great presentation.
Such a beautiful home!! Right in our own backyard!!! ❤️❤️
When they dont put a price just know its outta your league
i looked it up, it cost $13,900,000
@@carlielewis7040 just as i thought out our leauge😂😂madness
Speachless, great detail everywhere,
I love the study ,the grounds, and the pool with glass above!!!
Born and raised in Jacksonville FL
WHERE THE HELL IS THIS HOUSE LOL
Edit: i don’t love it i just prefer a more modern house with more open floor plan
Jameice Hancock this is in mandarin behind San Jose blvd. somewhere in beauclerc/Scott mill/ mandarin rd/orange picker vicinity.
Mark Golden oh okay makes sense
Near the Buckman Bridge in Mandarin on the St Johns
Jameice Hancock I live off Normandy.. I want this crib!!! Lol
They have some mansions like this in Riverside along the river. I just wonder who the hell would pay $5 million to live next to the hood with people getting shot outside your gate and drug deals on every corner.
When I saw the atelier...I was sold. Perfect house for someone with a creative mind. And a green thumb ❤
Beautiful home with beautiful living spaces and garden
Manicured Perfection and such elegance. Welcome Home!💞
Such a lovely home... such a small kitchen...
OMG!
Wish I could afford to live there. I'd never want to leave. Must have been a fabulous time.
What an extraordinarily beautiful traditional style house! I especially love the gardens and the chickens, being an homesteader. Plus, right on the St. Johns for boating and fishing. Too bad it's so close to the neighbors.
This is destined for the next creative individual, couple, or family. It has so many possibilities for reinvention. What a pallet to begin with!
Believe it is owned by Diane LaFond, world renown sculptor/artist from NY originally, she created the two eagle statutes in Riverside Memorial Park in 2011, studied in Italy and well known in US/Europe artist circles.
Very beautiful!
Absolutely amazing!
Never saw this house or paid attention the whole time I lived in Jacksonville Florida. Wow.
WHOOOAAAAH 😯 This is INSAAAAANE! Dream house!!! ❤
Magnificent home
I dont believe that this home is in my city
mamoudou Ndiaye I was saying the same thing. This is gorgeous though. Would love to know the location.
Nicholas Ovel land wise we are the largest city in the US. That’s why we need a theme park or something. Lol
@@iamsds84 I always say that! I said if I ever win the Powerball I'm opening up a theme park.itll b a good income for the city as well.
mamoudou Ndiaye i was just thinking that!
Thats St. Augustine
Love the music..it makes me want to buy this house!
San Jose Blvd area in Jacksonville is nowhere near secluded. In fact it’s the complete opposite of secluded.
It's just ducked off from the street lol
It is not on San Jose Blvd., if you have been there you would realize there are no river views from that “area”. It’s the adjacent roads that are quite secluded and surprisingly quiet, like another world. Have look see at sat view on Google maps/Earth some time, it’s not the only ESTATE you will find in the area.
Two words: floods, hurricanes
Happy Smiles ...that’s all I was thinking when they showed the exquisite boat house and dock, next to the all broke down and ramshackle ones directly next to it. Lol.... 2 more words HIGH-AZZ PREMIUMS! (& yes high-Azz is one word)
Another word: Insurance.
I just can't see spending this much on a house that's in Jacksonville. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Jax while I lived there but it's not a wonderful city and there are far better places to live. House is F***ING beautiful though! WOW! The art was amazing.
Give it time Jacksonville in 5 to 10 years could end up being another popular city Like New York or Miami. Just think about it Jacksonville is the biggest city in the U.S. land wise. Meaning land and realty are much cheaper. The high middle class people in southern Florida are moving to Jacksonville because the big cities like Orlando and Miami are getting way too expensive and slowly becoming more exclusive to the rich ,not to mention the tax rate is cheaper here, hell practically everything in Jax is cheaper making it ideal for high class families to build their businesses, which is happening at a fast rate. There’s enough land to build theme parks, set music festivals, and bigger events, and hotel chains on massive amounts of coastline that the city owns, thus creating more tourism which subsequently brings in more money into the city, which ends building a bigger budget to clean the city and build newer architecture. They just torn down the landing in downtown to build something much fancier and more top of the line. The population rate in Jacksonville has more than doubled in a span of 3 years making it one of the fastest growing cities in America, the rich will take notice and end up investing their money in Jax since they’ll be a high demand for it and because everything is cheaper. Make no mistake it’ll happen and it’s been happening. Trust it’ll get there.
DAY KON I agree Jax is on its way to becoming a much better city
So beautiful
World Class!
Beautiful
Still loving this home
No that’s Duval 😊s
Cedar River lovely ride on Boat too the St. John’s River
Take a Balloon ride from stark, Florida to Yulee , Florida ... great viewif homes
It's a nice home but I'd rather have a home on the beach in Ponte Vedra if I'm paying those prices.
Well, At Least THIS Home DOESN'T have to Worry bout falling off in the Ocean, every time a 🌬🌀🌊🌊🌊🌊 comes through, unlike Your "Ponte Vedra Beach House " will. 🤤😲😉😉🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊
@@heidifisher7693 If you stay around Sawgrass you don't have to worry about that which is where the homes are $5million+. You go to far South Ponte Vedra/North St Augustine then one wave will make your home disappear and those homes are only up $900k cause they're boxes, those homes are crap.
@@prohen3049 the only downside is that ponte vedra has too many snobs
I'll buy something like this pretty soon .Mark my words !
great video!
I looked it up, it's 3600 Darnal Pl 32217, which is in Mandarin.
Its actually is not i live in front of these homes the homes are a nice modern size in the neighborhood but the more you get closer to st johns river the bigger the homes ger there is million dollars homes behind there they have been there all my life.
J Mari it is actually the address above, look it up on google maps street view or satellite.
Amazing!!Love the statues! Love it period!
great video. :D
Wow !!!
My dream place
The kitchen is so small!
melissa nasser LOL Who cares. The rest of the house is huge and gorgeous and if you can afford that kind of house you probably will have a cook and won’t be in the kitchen hardly. lol
@@michellepaul8514 sorry but the kitchen is important for me and the cooker!
That kitchen seems really big for me, considering I live in a tiny apartment here in Jacksonville where only one person can fit at once :( I wish I could have a chef kitchen though
magnificent
漂亮,wonderful
My Home sweet home
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Me gusto la alberca techada
Duuuuvvvvaaalllll !!!
So damn amazing piece of heaven 👍
I would love to know how this family earned its wealth?
It takes a lot to maintain the home and it’s grounds. So whatever they did or do, it is very lucrative.
Wow love the pool area
This is nice
Mamoudou drive out to Ponte Vedra and look at the houses on the Ocean. Our city has plenty of beautiful homes
Hurricane coming yikes!!!
Barbara H The hurricane didn’t damage anything.
Stunning property but how can you have neighboring structures 10 feet off each property line and be secluded?
@Randall Ranch North Agreed! I'm in the country and our houses are not that close.
All the really big houses in Mandarin will have to go with climate change they will flood all the time. Also the price of waterfront insurance will climb to astronomical amounts.Being on the St John's river is one of the most beautiful places to watch the sun set.Poor people can see the sight from county docks and parks if they can't live on the river.
Wow nice home
See, now I gotta pay attention that this house look more like something outta Ponte Vedra!
2:33 😝 Lol.
How bad did hurricane Irma affect it?
I really love that property, you have the organic gardens, you can have your own small yacht, hmmm, yes very nice& I love that area it's on the FL GA line, oh that one is tempting for me. The sculpting Studio, I love to sculpt& work with clay! i do want to buy land in that area and make a Pomegranate farm. I've eaten Pomegranates off trees on the GA. Hurricanes is my concern. Aren't the sea's supposed to rise? But I love the water. Gators are also in that area.
and what to think about the airport just opposite on the other side of the river?
It’s not too far from me my move in date is yesterday lol 😂❤️❤️
Video için teşekkür ederim ❤ TR
Question. Is this house visible from the Buckman? If so my dad helped design it.
Someone posted a comment saying they see it everyday on the buckman so I think so!
its on darnall pl, off of san jose blvd near bolles. kinda visible from the buckman if you have good eyes
Must be Shad Khan's home. He's the only one in Jacksonville that could afford a beautiful mansion like this. Very lovely home.
Nope, do a property search and you'll see who owns it.
John who owns this beautiful piece of property
Who TF needs a house this big, and why TF the neighbors so damn close
Sondra Demont those aren’t neighbors... those are guest houses
The rich that want to show off and try to be one step above anyone else. The only way that would be genuine and not be grandstanding is if a man lives the lifestyle of having more than 4 wives and 15 or 20 children. LIVE, LEARN, DIE and forget it all !!!!!
How lovely it would be if that house were donated to a disabled vet (me), lord knows i couldn't afford it. It is beautiful though :)
Joseph Delsignore you couldn’t even afford the mortgage freeloader
I'll take it. is this in Mandarin?
Price?
$13.900.000
What’s the address of the adjoining house for sale?
Is this in epping forest?
Who lives there?
I have literally never seen this house before
Epping Forest maybe?
Pam Thompson absolutely not
I want it
It's funny how people are talking about how small the kitchen is.don't act like y'all can afford this place.😒
Does It Work, Have Property in California, for a trade.
How much for this beautiful home?
Lost me at 4 bedrooms.
for real, only 4 bed rooms
Can I have that
Can I work there?? I'll be the live in butler who's dry whit and lightning sarcasm will add just a smidge of comedic ambiance to every day life, I can cook and clean, play piano and guitar.
I'd hire you.
Hm...🤔.
I prefer my palaces to be more than 4 stories. But I'd settle on a place like this if it could accommodate my team of racing ostriches.
Is there a bathroom in the boat house?
Jacki Richard 🤦♂️
3600 Darnall Place ... it is Jax
It’s obviously off mandarin road
If anyone that wasn't from Jacksonville saw this they would think we are a rich city. Only riverside houses and places on the water are this good, the rest is really bad lol
Мда, круто. Наверное стоит дохринилиард долларов?
$13,900,000
If it's not in Duval County it is not in Jacksonville Florida 😂😂😂
Dee Jones this is 100% Duval county. Behind San Jose blvd toward the river.
Dee Jones Yeah it’s in Jacksonville. It’s in a neighborhood off of San Jose Blvd.
Um, this is in Duval…
I’ll take it- I have $7.00.
😂😂😂😂
🙄🙄🙄🙄where at in Jacksonville, Florida? #make me a believer...#Address please?!?
LovinMe60 click the link. Darnall place. There’s homes like this all over our city if you know where to look.
$13,900,000
*This should be more!*
Beautiful & ideal home, wrong state. And it's too close to the water.Flood prone.
“Secluded?” The neighbors are six feet away on both sides of the house
14 million for 4+ acres
I'm thinking🤔 about the power bill, just to be a "Showoff"
HEIDI FISHER when you’re that rich a power bill isn’t exactly a big deal
Do you like luxury?
The kitchen is a little small, I’ll pass.
Illuminaughty Of course you’ll pass cause you have to cause you can’t afford it. 😂
@@michellepaul8514 LOL!
beautiful property ... bet its horrifying at night tho. 😳🌙🌫 😨 🦉 😬 👀 😫
And who the hell is going to buy this? The greed in this world is just... sickening.
That is alot to take in "nice"
It's on the southside
4 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms...
Even if i hit pb or mega....not my style. Also, i dont want to have to hire a crew to keep up w maintenance.
