Love your tours! This house seems so much smaller upstairs. The downstairs is nice. I'd get rid of the carpet throughout, though. It would be wonderful to choose options to get what one desires. I bet you have fun every tour. Thank you taking us with you❤

Thank you kindly! There are many north facing lots on slabs available in Havencroft. The schools are: Little River Elementary School, Mill Creek Middle School, and River Ridge High School. These all end up selling so people have the money but I have been thinking the same thing recently. With home values and interest rates up, home affordability is half what it was 4 years ago. Housing payments have doubled in that span.

Master bath is pretty basic for the price... Rest of the house is nice tho

It's small for one, doesn't look very luxurious.
