I actually think they should do special events like this where you have these kinds of challenges available in special OW encounters and you get something cool for winning
I had another classic F up, after a Stage 1 region run, I forgot to change my Stage 1 illuvials with low XPs to Stage 3 with high XPs. I saw a Rhamphy, got into an encounter with his "team" full of Stage 3 T4 and T5 illuvials, Lost in 10 about sec. I just had to continue the run with just shooting rocks and plants hoping I don't see a Rhamphyre, Ophisto or any other T5 illuvials.
it's a bug, they are working on a fix. make sure to check out discord announcements from time to time, thats where the team posts updates on that kind of stuff
