    Thanks for this Ollie. I have done the back take for a long time but without being 100% clear on exactly how. This will improve my success rate and allow it to work on higher belt levels and more physical opponents. It's really useful for the guys who just won't let you get near an underhook on the other side and balancing your ability to attack on both sides.

    This video came to me at just the right time. I'm training half guard. And in those situations I didn't really know what to do. I liked this technique.

    Love this. All of this translates to nogi too, except pulling the weight forward. How would you do that without the gi?
