I don’t know how the taste is, but from my real life experience in Japan, it seems foods are pretty similar to real Japanese food. Most of the Japanese foods are not spicy. But people in our subcontinent used to eat lot of spicy foods. So our tongue has a biased choice for taste. With this kind of biased tongue it’s very difficult to judge a foreign food .

It seems like they didn't alter anything to suit Bangladeshi tongues. They probably kept the whole thing authentic Japanese.
When we went to Tokyo Kitchen. I appreciated that they altered a bit of the of recipes to suit our taste buds. It's okay to keep things authentic but idk how much of the customers will be able to stomach it

he ramen is not at all authentic. Chicken/ Pork is supposed to be seasoned until it turns BROWN and is also smoked afterwards. No, they dont incorporate different weird cuts of meat just to make it fancy. The broth is supposed to be almost like a stock which is to be cooked with a 3-4 days time.elbowcough

In Japan they take 1000 💹 for a bowl of ramen..and I think Bangladesh and Japan has almost the same currency..
I don't know about the taste.. maybe it's bad or good..
But I know that in Japan they use pork ..they cook it for about 8-12 hours..
Again their food looks very authentic. I think they nailed that look...
Being a Bengali who lives in Japan all I can say I love japanese food and I can see why he didn't really like the taste. And street takoyakis are the best thing anyone can find in Japan

I have been living since 5+ year in Japan and what I understand is Japanese cuisine is the most overrated cuisine in this world. Sushi is the most overrated food in this world. They have some good ramen, karage, tempura but overall the flavour of Japanese food is not our thing. They don’t use any spices even in meat.

I don't know whether they had a botched service or not, but this place has the best ramen in sea. Period. I tried almost everything aside from the natto in their menu and i can attest its top quality authentic japanese cuisine, not the fucking fusion shit everyone's making in dhaka.

Acrually foreign foods look good when we see them on the photos, but most of the time in reality, it doesn't feel that much tasty to us cause our cuisines are different than each other's.

The thing is lot of people will say it doesn't taste good just because they never tried it before. Actually we bangali have a different type of test preference . After after trying couple of times its gets better. And one more thing Japanese food ai mainly meat supe based by nature so don't expect too much masala.

the bento boxes and the sushi like there is one named special sushi and the udon those are good. the ramens are very authentic so only the Japanese people will like it. the chef in this shop is Japanese and all the food ingredients are imported from Japan and still the prices are low check out Izumi and other Japanese restaurants the prices are too high. Japanese said that the prices are high in other restaurants. this is an authentic Japanese restaurant which the Japanese people like and the owner of this restaurant lived in Japan for 5 years.

First of all they have more food which are very tasty. And this place is authentic Japanese food not fusion and all the foods are cooked by a Japanese chef and the food is 100% halal. So some might not like it cuz we like seasonings and Japanese food tend to be more healthy. U should have tried the udon and the over rice menu they are really tasty !!

জাপানিজ খাবার খারাপ না। শুধু আমাদের থেকে অনেক বেশি ডিফরেণ্ট। আমরা কাঁচা বা শুধু সেদ্ধ খাবার খেয়ে অভ্যস্ত না। এই কাঁচা খাবার খেয়েই ওরা আমাদের চেয়ে গড়ে প্রায় ২০ বছর বেশি বাঁচে।
