This recipe is a bit time consuming, but there's no need to knead.
So it doesn't require special skills!!
It's easy and delicious recipe. Let's try this^^
ingredients (16 pieces)
300g bread flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3g dry yeast
200ml warm water
olive oil
(serve with jam, cream cheese, butter etc)
★point
primary fermentation → let rise for about 90 min
secondary fermentation → let rise for about 60 min
third fermentation → let rise for about 30 min
Preheat at 200℃(390℉) and bake them for 12~15 min.

強力粉 300g
砂糖 大さじ1
塩 小さじ1/2
ドライイースト 3g
水 200ml
オリーブオイル
(ジャム、クリームチーズ、ハム、バターなど)
★ポイント
1次発酵 → 約90分
2次発酵 → 約60分
3次発酵 → 約30分
オーブンは200℃に余熱して、12~15分焼く。
