How to make a polyhedral form out of wood

www.PetPolygon.com This video shows some of the fabrication steps to make a wire-frame rhombic triacontahedron from wood. I'm using Medex MDF for the jig and Douglas Fir for the shape of the polyhedron. The only thing that holds together the wood is glue.
