I have also watched the non choir video version, comparing the two- I get a little confused in terms of story telling especially with the non choir video
If the song talks about a soul trying to seek God amidst it's human battles ( just in case it was the purpose of creating the song in the first place) I get a little confused. I have seen comments to the song with "Holy spirit filled and anointed
Just wondering if the authors have watched the non choir video.
The Bible says ,the word of God is always plain,however, the non choir video delivers a rather confusing message, it's not plain.

I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal saviour 2 years ago. My biggest fear in doing so was giving up the music that carried me through all my sin, all my life. My obsession with secular music was second to none. God not only removed my desire for but reveled there was even better music out there. Songs like this one.
