His mastery of languages is impressive, even if imperfect. The most important is the meaning and the emotion that accompanies it, then the vowels that are PERFECT 90% of the time (at least in French and English), and last of all the consonants.
He switches registers and vocal timbres so easily, and yet he keeps the vowels consistent throughout. That is the maybe the most impressive aspect of his ability.
I dont know where to start talk about this world fenomen Dimash is. Last year i´ve followed this tremendous beauties of Dimash. So honest, so storytelling every time he ´s on stage. I do engage and love this interaction of you react on Dimash, Nina. He´s the most complete singer in every class all over the world in my option. This all performance of dimash is just amazed dazzling and i´ve heard near all of hes songs hundred and hundred of times and every time i do hear and fells new sounds and hes technique just developing from time to time. Wow! he´s still young, i cant wait to hear him about 10-15 years from now, delivering sounds for angels in other galaxies to :-)

This is still one of my favorites ❤️ You could do a couple more of his The Singer performances, I think they are still some of his best (Unforgettable Day, Autumn Strong, Daididau, Confessa/Diva Dance). A more recent one I'm sure you'll absolutely love is "Love is Like a Dream" (the one from April last year, it's on his channel). You have so many amazing performances ahead of you 😊

Barbara Saracini his bastau concert really served outstandingly. he must have been feeling his best that day, because each performance there was flawless.
There is a dispute about this piece of music : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adagio_in_G_minor . Now it's settled , it will be Dimash's from now on , singer/composers all over the world are worried that Dimash will sing their composition and they themselves will be forgotten .

Nina, it is lovely to hear you react to Dimash ... but here is a gift for you. I am a Canadian, and if you do not know we have the extreme honour of having two of the queens of music from our country, one is Celine Dion ( love that womans voice ) and the other is Laura Fabian ( whom I also love to listen to ). Laura if you did not know did the original version of Adagio, I would not say to react ( I would not pretend to tell you what to do ) but listen to the song for your own enjoyment. He speaks his native language of Kazakhstan, just below Russia, and Russian, and is studing Chinese, Frence and English as I understand it, and sings in about 4 or 5 more, very unique and of a humble spirit. And besides piano, I believe he plays 2 or 3 more instruments.

One possibility is to continue with Singer Ep.4 "Late Autumn", which is beautiful and emotional. There is also a version on Gloria Wu's channel called "Autumn Strong" with English subtitles and the background story to the song, which is in Chinese (Use the "cc" button on the intro ). For some reason that copy is a little slower, and a semi-tone lower, but since you know the backstory, it has a greater emotional impact. Gloria Wu's versions are also recommended for Ep.7 "Daididau", and Ep.8 "Daybreak", where the intro includes the story of Dimash losing his voice the day before he had to sing. Another good performance is Ep.12 "Confessa and The Diva Dance" which pairs an Italian song with the song the alien Diva sang in the movie "The Fifth Element".

Oh my dear, as many of the other commenters have suggested, his rendition of ‘Love is Like a Dream” is something that you are just not yet emotionally prepared for. Every time he performs that song, by the time the very last note comes out of him, every woman, of any age, has fallen madly in love with him! He may just be an actual Heavenly Angel here on Earth. The sounds he generates are much more intricate than what you have heard so far. He calls his fans his “Dears.” Welcome to our Dimash Dears club! There are many more of his performances that you need to see. Keep going and your channel will blow up with subscriptions, views, and likes, just as has happened to so many others channels.

So, this song was crucial in his competition, he was falling out of favor a bit after a rather tepid Bruno Mars song, and he's pretty literally begging the audience to vote on him and keep him going. Very Meta moment going on.
He also plays other instruments like the dombar, which is probably his best instrument, and drums. If you want to hear him play the dombra and also Kazakh folk song, the listen to Daididau next. Ogni Pietra/Olimpico is a good example of his full operatic voice, and pieces like Love Is Like A Dream showcase his lower registers as well. Confessa/Diva dance highlights his acrobatic vocal agility. Opera 2 is a personal fav as well and it's just fun :)
