To comprehend the real meaning and significance of the deep thought underneath the noble ideals of the great Socrates, it's required to be viewed in its proper perspective, without a pre - conceived/prejudiced mind, blurred vision, and negative mindset ; and, ofcourse after broadening one's mental/spiritual horizon adequately enough with a view to grasp it properly ! Very much needed this in my life right now, thank you. I am feeling it difficult to breath lately but with no other issues. I think it is from built up energy because I feel stuck in my life and career. Much Anxiety. I will focus on being carful to not get too tired and weak. I hope this will help with my strength. 🙏

I used to listen to sadhguru often and also practiced isha kriya. Since the past 2 months I've given both up and could feel my mental peace and stability both go away. Even focusing for long periods of time seems impossible. Smallest of things affect me. With time it has gotten worse. I want to improve on it and will start doing it again. I am a student and the time I practiced isha kriya and his other teachings, I benefitted a lot in all ways possible. I will again get back on track and not disappoint you this time Sadhguru.
As you did isha kriya for some period, now you can upgrade the practice by learning inner engineering and shambhavi maha mudra which will be taught in inner engineering completion program, in this you will get initiated by Sadhguru, and you can progress spiritually under his guidance, I mean he will be your guru after your initiation.
I had a similar experience. I practiced kundalini you for 3 years then stopped making time for it. I made time only for working out to get physically stronger and to lose weight. I lost touch with practicing Buddhist ways and wrong thinking crept back in. I, too, am on the path facing towards loving kindness again, rather than facing away from it. Everything else will take care of itself as long as i have a daily kundalini practice. Even 30 minutes is enough.
