I unplugged everything that I needed to unplug, then restarted it, and it worked. After that, I plugged them back in, so I hope the issues don't pop up again. If they do, I'll try your other methods. Thank you, brother

Seem like some files got messed up when you turn it off abruptly
Tried some time with power key but no diagnosing screen
Use windows bootable usb and click on “repair your pc” instead of “install now” after selecting language and you will come up with the same options
