Can You Beat Fallout 4 with No Weapons?

- Опубликовано: 26 сен 2024
- Fallout 4 is the latest classical rpg experience released by Bethesda and Todd Howard. It is set in the Fallout Universe a world where nukes dropped and bottlecaps became the leading currency. In this world the player can use anything at their disposal to defeat the many enemies you will face on your adventure. For that reason its important to equip your character with the best weapons you can find. But what if instead we saw if our legendary hero can beat fallout unarmed only challenge buy using just their fists and bare hands in fallout 4 well and the other unarmed weapons! The unarmed builds of normal games are usually powerful however are limited unless you exploit and break the game. But what if instead of the unarmed build being the worst in the game the Spiffing brit uses some Fallout 4 Exploits to make the unarmed damage the strongest most overpowered weapon in fallout 4! Anyway today we are discovering that Fallout 4 is a perfectly balanced game with no exploits well excluding the Worst build.
What you have seen here today is part of a fantastic perfectly balanced series on youtube where I go from game to game and break them with wacky exploits to gain things like unlimited gold. If you enjoyed this then be sure to check out more. The style is similar to RT game and callmekevin in parts. A large influence on this series has come from Valefisk and The Killian Experience.
So sit back relax and enjoy this Can You Beat Fallout 4 challenge!

Title: FALLOUT 4 A Perfectly Balanced Game With No Exploits - Can You Beat Fallout 4 Unarmed Only Challenge
#funny #challenge #Fallout4
Can't believe you made Chuck Chorris instead of Smackie Chan.
I’m definitely stealing that name for the (literally) bare-handed wasteland martial artist play-through I’ve been considering.
Wooooshhh that Name is mine now
I prefer Agatha Fisty
Bruce Knee?
What about Chug Norris considering the career?
"I just got a legendary weapon that freezes people when I block."
"I need to fight Swan, but he keeps killing me."
Doesn't block once.
Why block when fists go bonk
All you need is drugs, spiked knuckles and animation cancels to beat swan.
The freezing effect doesn't work against oversized enemies sadly.
I managed to get a kneecaper set of knuckles so i just hit swan until he was cripple in bith legs and took off the knuckles to slowly beat him to death
@@Chuckles3100 yeah, very easy

I'm pretty sure if you are under the effects of Yao Gui roast then level up in a melee perk it Borks your base value to the raised value. Otherwise I have no idea how I had combat knives that had a 976 base damage.

The fact this man has not been sponsored by yorkshire tea is a crime
yes
He has in the past.
He has
@@tothebob But only in the Q&A, right?
They did once, but they should be a regular sponsor as he's the reason I started buying tea from them in the first place.
For anyone curious the quick start mod he’s using is called “start me up” it typically breaks when you choose “near vault 111” it is on xbox and works with full dialogue interface the official silent protagonist mod does not work
you're the best, thank you
Since Bethesda games rank about as highly in the "mod-friendly" tier list as they possibly can, I would argue that this is, in fact, exactly as Todd Howard intended. He foresaw all the mods you used and decided they would be perfect additions that he didn't really need to bother making himself.
You're correct my friend
Every mod a human adds to his broken toys (not just fallout, every bethesda game), a second of immortality is added to his life force
tbh I'd say Bethesda games rank 2nd.
Minecraft ranks first.
People just don't talk about the stupidly crazy minecraft mods, they only talk about the actually balanced modpacks and the high profile ones that are well designed, so most people aren't quite as aware of JUST how much more mod friendly Minecraft is.
@@AtomicArtumas Minecraft has a lot of mods and because of the versatility of the game, there is a lot of versatility in the mods. But _my goodness_ if you've ever tried to develop mods for it, it is a nightmare when compared to the Creation Kit.

Also Spiff: Immediately straps a knife to brass knuckles
Nevermind that...he used grenades and mines as well. Not exactly what I would call an unarmed challenge, but that's just me I guess.
I mean that's unarmed as the stat from NV unarmed varies between meaning no firearms, and no weapons what so ever
Spiffing Brit is the only gentleman to sponsor a brand but the brand not sponsoring him
yorkshire tea has sponsored him in the past
I kid you not, my wife wanted to switch her brand to Yorkshire Tea because spiff...
@@himaro101 I too have swapped to the amazing Yorkshire Tea Gold because of this man.
@@DazzlinFlame is it actually as good as spiff makes it out to be? I have an option to import it for not so much more than most other brands of tea. Would you say it's worth to import for some time invested with ordering and such?
@@TheSpekkel1 Honestly, I tried plain old Yorkshire Tea once, and I prefer Bushells. Could be due to me being an Australian pleb, but that's just my preference. I could always spring for the "proper strong" Gold variety, but I remain sceptical.

The perk that lets you leap in VATS (Agility 9) plus Rooted is actually the way to do this, because your character counts as standing perfectly still when actually making the strike, so you get Rooted + the bonus damage for leaping.
you dont even need rooted, between blitz, iron fist and grim reapers sprint, if you get the deathclaw gauntlet you teleport around one shoting everything.
Was thinking the same thing, a Melee build but no Blitz...really?
@@samhershey4644 Blitz a perk? Where is its postion in the skill chart?
Not playing in english, thats why I'm asking :)
@@nicz7694 Agility Rank 9
@@samhershey4644 Ah it was that Perk! Thanks a lot man!
Hey spiff! I found a fun perk combination that works amazing with any melee build. So the rooted perk (str 9 req) gives you a bonus to damage reduction and melee damage dealt of 25%, and then there's the Blitz perk (agi 9 req) which lets you teleport to your targets from farther away in V.A.T.S! There's an interesting thing that happens with this, since the game reads all melee vats as stationary attacks so you get your rooted bonuses. Since you can reach farther in melee vats, you can sneak in the shadows before VATS teleporting to your lovely test subjects to keep your rooted damage buff, and get your melee sneak damage as well. So now you want the ninja perk (agi 7 req) to start getting crazier sneak damage multipliers. Before long, you will just crouch teleport through entire buildings, one shotting anything that dare stand, in a vague approximation of, in the way.
"is that just a whole bunch of harmless deer walking around I don't think so eat nuclear bomb" -The Spiffing Brit
Mutated deer: *just vibing, eating grass*
Spiff: and I took that personally.
The deer remain perfectly edible afterwards, too!
Combat bug tip: if you change perspective from first person to third or third person to first the moment a melee attack lands the damage will be dealt but the animation will immediately stop allowing you to attack again without the follow through and can even work to cancel a stagger effectively making you both the unstoppable force and the immovable object
**promises to kill a legendary mythical deathclaw in one hit, using only melee**
**is immediately yeeted destroyed and sent into space faster than apollo 13** 100% perfectly balanced. XD

I love that one of the ragdolls of the deathclaw kills was just it punching Chuck Chorris in the junk
The first time i played Fallout 4 i picked up a magazine at the same time dogmeat did and it gave me unmeasurable amounts of xp i got stuck hearing the level up song over and over for days, also i literally became one punch man, one hitting anything with bare hands
Thats an incredibly well known bug man doesn't give you xp at all though so not sure how you managed that
reminds me of a glitch i read about in a silly old game called "freedom force"...
there are items that can give ONE of your active characters bonus XP, BUT, by PAUSING the game and ordering EVERY character to pick it up, then unpausing, all FOUR active characters can get the bonus!

Putting on the Grognak costume gives you the power to stomp villages, as well as a desire to practice law.

Don't Forget! You can go over 10 SPECIAL points by reading the "You're SPECIAL!" book in your house in Sanctuary.
That was patched years ago I think
If that wasn't patched, the bobblehead works as well. Up to 12 in a stat if you do it right.
@@JohnSmith-wz9cx there just isnt a hard cap in fallout 4. the only cap is in perk points you can invest in special. only to ten. anything else you can get can and will tick you over that.

Man, running real sub-optimal there, Spiff. You could've at least gotten the magazine from the Sunshine Co-Op that would give you twice as many meats from each Yao Guai.
For a while there I was concerned you wouldn't get the Grognak costume. Glad to see you remembered it. :)
Back in the capital wasteland I had an unarmed and explosives character named Punchy McGee. He would fist fight death claws and reverse pick pocket mines into enemies inventories.
I appreciate the fact that the deathclaw yeeted Chuck Chorris further than his nuclear rocket jump...
Hunting with nuclear weapons is amazing 😎👍
That deathclaw was the game making you answer for nuking that deer lol
It is incredible to me that you found a niche in humorously demonstrating developers not giving their games sufficient QoL passes.
That poor tour bot wasn’t even able to tell him about the freedom trail
Last time I was this early Spiff was talking about the Cybrex
You can do this in skyrim without leveling up. Choose Kajiit for starting race, grab the Gloves of the Pugilist from thieves guild, join the vampires and do quests till the end of the dlc to get the Ring of the Beast. this gives you more total damage than most weapons in the game, none of the items have a level increase so at level 1 you do more damage than anything you can grab at that level. I have a guide if interested.
ah, fallout 4. I already know it's going to be a good video
*Spiff starts game*
*Developer sweats*
AI enemies: I'm in danger.
I love watching this perfectly balanced fist shaped power snowball turn spiff into one punch man
The rocket jump at the end, chuck norris is soldier tf2 confirmed.
This explains why soldier is immortal, the most powerful guy in history, and why his name shows the name that gets assigned to any unidentified person.
The “I ate merasmus’ heart medication” was a cover story. Chuck Norris and soldier are both incomprehensible powerful (shaggy’s power can be quantified, we know what percentage of it he’s using. The same can’t be said for chuck norris) obviously if chuck norris we’re going undercover he’d wipe his name from the records, that’s why the system just assigns the standard unidentified person name.
It all makes sense now.
This is the Fist of the North Star sequel we never knew we needed.
I like how 18 minutes out of 26 are him just trying to kill Swan
I've been watching the Agatha Fisty - One Punch Gran playthrough, will be interesting to see the difference
Sad it took so much scolling to find a Agatha Fisty reference. She was the first thing I thought of when I saw the title.
Was watching this not in fullscreen, like a psycho path. When he said "Maybe even like the video". The like button did a little rainbow glow thing. Neat
Chuck is probably wondering "why do I have to be the one doing unarmed?? Why can't Reanu handle this bullshit?" And Reanu's like "you will pull the Power of Yorkshire Tea from my COLD DEAD HANDS." XD Seriously, though, I'm glad you managed it in the end -- talk about some tough fights! Poor Chuck, all he wanted was to be an awesome power beast of death. . .

“Luckily there’s a good unarmed weapon we can find early on” DAMMIT NOT THE FURIOUS POWER FIST
Very challenge.
Have you forgotten that if you basically walk around the bear. The game basically has them on a set rotation speed. You can basically move in a circle around them perfectly and out run their attacks while attacking them. With this method I was able to run around a mythic deathclaw and fist fight it to death without armor.
I'm late but a couple additional exploits:
Using the "You are special" book in your house and the STR bobblehead each grant +1 strength. This works even if you already have 10 STR, making it so you have 12 STR.
Using a melee stealth attack with the "ninja" perk deals 10 times as much damage as a normal attack.
You can also wear the grognak the barbarian suit for another boost in strength and melee damage
Bare hands... Proceeds to wear a power gauntlet on it his hands making it technically not bare
I haven't been here in a few months

I'm pretty sure quintupling your damage with a roast that's supposed to add just +10 is a glitch : p
16:11 "we now have an even more powerful WEAPON..." lol
@The Spiffing Brit, I know you recently did a stealth build to show off how stealth works in Fallout 4, but I don't think you've done a stealth Blitz melee build. Basically, it takes the combat knife from doing 9 damage to doing 100's or 1,000's of damage per hit. It's infamous in the Fallout 4 community for being able to effortlessly clear entire rooms of enemies so long as you aren't completely detected.
The damage formula goes something like: 9 (base damage) + 10 (stealth blade) X 200% (big leagues) X 10.5 (ninja and stealth blade) X 2 ((at strength 10) multiplier of 1 + .1 for each point of strength) = 798 damage per swing.
At strength 15: 997.5 damage per swing.
Also, don't forget the Strength Bobblehead for a free extra point of strength.
Fun fact: at this point every point of strength is doing an extra 39.9 damage.
This is before adding temporary buffs like drugs or food.
Edit: Typos.
Her name is Cricket, and don't you forget it. She's a wondrous, delicate, refined, beautious lady, or at least her voice actress is, Ashly Burch from HeyAshWatchaPlayin. Chuck Chorris, fistier than Fisto the Securitron pervert from New Vegas.
With Swan you can go into the shack or whatever, and he’s too big to enter, you’ll take some radiation but you can keep chipping away at him until he’s dead.
