Our process involves removing only about 1% of the bran from the wheat. wheat bran typically constitutes around 14-16% of the wheat kernel. By removing just a small fraction of the bran, we aim for the reduction of mycotoxins(toxic compounds). The amount of bran we remove is very minimal, which means our flour retains most of its bran content and its associated nutritional benefits. As this reduce the presence of Mycotoxins.
