- Featuring intense hand sounds and hand movements, experimental Foley sounds, layered sounds, face brushing and deep scalp scratching. Also includes hand rubbing and finger flutters, personal attention, and close face touching for sleep - no talking, no interruptions. There's some light wood tapping and scratching as well - look out for the duster (I'm obsessed with fabric sounds). I really tried to create a relaxing cocoon of unexpected sounds and visual triggers with this one - I'd love to hear your thoughts below!

Have to say watching the two fingers on each hand kind of poke towards the camera around 1:10-1:40 just about put me to sleep. That subtle difference from one finger to two and then add on the layered sound makes it one of those triggers for me. Love this vid already and I’ve barely started watching it! You’re a genius!
