  • This recipe of Coconut Macaroons is the simplest one, yet also delicious.
    It taste chewy on the outside and a bit juicy inside. Depending on the length of time it stays in the oven.
    The ingredients for this recipe are;
    2 cups grated fresh coconut
    1 cup condensed milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Egg whites from 3 eggs
    ½ teaspoon salt
    Procedure:
    Mix grated coconut, cup condensed milk and teaspoon vanilla extract (set aside)
    Then in another bowl, whip egg whites from 3 eggs with ½ teaspoon salt.
    Then gradually add the whipped egg whites to the coconut mixture.
    Slowly mix it, then drop a spoon of the mixture to the baking tray with parchment paper or put it in a macaroon cups.
    Bake in a preheated oven of 185 degrees C for 25-30 or until golden brown in color.
