My first experience of following {or rather trying to} a recumbent was a 3 wheel low hand powered one on the F1 racetrack on the island of Montreal in 2008. i just could not quite catch him up and i have strong legs and was on a regular cycle. after about 10 minutes of trying to keep up i gave up and he disappeared into the distance.
Great video!
James Coxon going well there!
