European - Eurovision --- he was naming continental regions before and then emphasising that it was not only a EUROPEAN competition anymore, geographically. She corrects him for using the official name, Eurovision. And that is a) respectless and b) not getting the point he was doing to make. After all Lena does not seem to be professional here, being unconcentrated and seemingly without any interest in the conversation. Understandable in her position, maybe, but nevertheless rude from a social perspective and somehow unneccessary.
