    Kimilla
    I found your channel and it has saved my practice! I started my practice in August of last year, kundalini is my foundation in yoga and I was blessed to have an incredible teacher back home. I recently moved and my weekly practice was one of the sacrifices made to be able to travel. I am so glad I found your channel because now I can practice kundalini every day!
    Thank you so much for giving this away, may you receive all that you give, multiplied in a perfect way.
    It has been incredible starting the day with this much energy and gratitude. Your classes have taught me so much in the last 2 months that have benefited my practice and helped me find self discipline, and limitless potential.
    This energy we contain is potent, and it contains us. Playing with this energy and flowing, rather than resisting, has been the lesson of this incredible wisdom you share. Thank you always.

      As I finish this practice, I come to comment on the very same feeling! During bow pose, I felt an incredible discomfort in my heart and throat. As we held root lock, I also locked the energy in my heart and throat and pulsed the energy up. It feels completely detoxifying, a wave of electricity, I am so full of light and life.

    Haven't tried this set for a while, today after doing the warm up and breath of fire I decided to try it and was amazed at how much I improved! Last time I could barely do the celibate pose, now I was able to lie down and everything! (it was just a little hard to exit the pose, I had to roll to the side LOL)
    Also funny how during the butt kicks (which last time I didn't have strenght left to do) I literally felt like I was swimming, haha. And then after the whole set I was just smiling like a fool ^^
    You are right, the more you practice Kundalini Yoga the more rewarding it gets. Especially if you have the most inspirational, uplifting, shiny and beautiful teacher ever!
    Much love from Rio de Janeiro :)

    I have done this set for a year and I love it so much because it opens my back and upper chest so much more than anything...I can do all of it, follow along, EXCEPT the abdominal one I don't know why I lose the lift after like twenty secs and need to start again...it hurts so bad it makes me mad!! haha that's why I know I need to do it more

      I have noticed the same feeling. I thought I was strong and fit until I tried stretch pose with breathe of fire. 🌬🔥
      I found a great way to not give up too early through counting the breathe, you can hold it much longer to build strength in the short term by counting each cycle of breathe of fire. I usually aim for 120 before I alternate legs to finish the pose. For some reason numbers help me push a little further and track from set to set. Long term I want to observe my mind as a moving meditation rather than counting in my head, but that is my take for now.
      Balance and love from Mountain time. 🙏

      @kimilla4594 7 лет назад

      Thank u beautiful woman, your sharing is so helpful. So in the second exercise u need to modify, place your hands flat on your mat beneath your shoulders. That's it! Hope it helps take all the weight off your head and neck. As your core balance improves your hands can go back to the original position. Firstly Head and neck need to be safe that's priority. Enjoy xox

      Thank u for sharing! Yoga is so healing. If you're injured or struggling with an exercise, this kriya is intense, perhaps there's another one u can practice while u resolve the issue. It's perfectly ok for u to visualise the entire exercise that's aggregating your injury and follow the kriya. Love to u Isayä Yoga

      Thank u Sebastián Andrés Figueroa Soto Shabad Atma Singh blessed to have souls like u do my editing! None of my kriyas are changed, have a look through my library and my 12 years of teaching. Sometimes we find that our Brazilian (non kundalini) video editor has missed something vital such as this mantra instruction, music and subtitle. Good luck with your 'perfect kriya' lol
      This video is amazing, one of my favourites from Kauai. Any mistakes in this are celebrated with love and happiness!!! Many thanks angel x

    • @shabadsebastian
      @shabadsebastian 7 лет назад

      I find the video excellent, just believe that we ought to be very responsible when teaching online, making sure not to change the Kriya. Keep up the good work and let this be a lesson in love and kindness, and celebrate that. Sat Nam.

    This didn't feel healthy for the lower back... maybe I'm too weak, but in my Yoga teacher training we learnt to NEVER STRAIN.
    Stop when you feel pain!!
    Maybe you should mention this in your videos?!
    Yoga should feel good and the kundalini shouldn't be forced. Everyone has his/her own pace. This is forcing and not gentle to the students.
    Noone should force the kundalini at any price, you'll pay the price later, when you'll get problems with your body.
