    I enjoyed this video so much!! It was very inspiring and very interesting!! I never knew anything about Van Gogh's hard life and his artistic enthusiasm. Although he died very young, he did inspire millions of people around the world in so many ways. Thank you Jill!!

      Thank you for taking the time to watch the VG presentation. If ever I am in doubt and lose hope, I am always given courage when looking at Van Gogh's work.

      @@JD80553 Oh good, I think you will see that it is not a repeat of "Van Gogh Seen through the Artist's Eyes". It is more personal, less art history oriented.

      The response to this question could be a whole book. Essentially motherhood seemed to give me my complete identity, and also brought me to a new relationship with my mother, a new understanding of who she was. Inspiration and urgency are 2 important components of creating art. My mentor Francois de ASIS told me one day, when I was complaining about having to stop my painting session to go pick up the children from school. He said, “Be thankful for the obstacles .
