They tell us not to scratch it they tell us not to move it, but of course we have to at some point I don’t think the doctors know want to do to help take care of this. They try to manage symptoms, but they do nothing about the cause and the cars just what needs to be found out and it causes what needs to be addressed.

My son's scalp is like that. It isn't red when it peels off. My hair used to have huge flakes like that and all my children used to. Not as big as his but big enough.

This is not dandruff - the small flakes just make it look like dandruff. It's a form of psoriasis and needs to be treated differently than dandruff. I'll bet they had cradle cap as a baby. Hope they are able to get it under control. Looks like it can be painful condition to have to deal with.

This is a condition. My mother had it but not that bad. I use to scratch it out for her, wash and oil it. It always came back. Not nearly that bad.
I use something called fungoral shampoo. Or Ketokonazol.
