VIDEO: A Jacksonville pediatric dentist is trying to get Medicaid fraud charges against him thrown out. Dr. Howard S. Schneider pleaded not guilty to those charges today.
All chargers were dropped. He got away with it, and got to keep the money from the suffering he inflicted on the children. Only question left now is if anyone knows where this guy currently lives? I'm just sure people will want to interview him.
I think there needs to be some laws changed so dentist like this can never do that again I also think is that there needs to be cameras put in some offices this way they can see what's going on I think there needs to be some changes especially when it comes to children I would even think there should be mandatory sentences if you torture children you get 25 to life no excuses
It looks like Dr. Schneider seems to smile at 0:48 & 1:18. NO ONE who tortures children, makes false statements, abusing poor and disabled children, who do unnecessary dental work deserves to be a pediatric dentist! He could've been retired by then! He went to dental school, got that dentistry degree, and now what happened??!! He was forced to shut down his office, he lost his house, and his license was revoked! Shame on him!! He's just greedy, inhumane, and just insolent!!
