This works for any situation where your thighs hurt- but i recommend wearing pants and not shorts (which also prevents burns)- (sweat pants work better than yoga pants btw) or if you kind find something- put some sort of padding on your inner high like a wrap of some sort. its always gonna hurt a little but after a while of practice it gets better

I’m not trying to be rude, but I’m worried just in case you do a drop wrong you’re gonna need to have 40 cm mat under just in case you fall and never wear shoes on the silk because they can get caught thank you
@@DavidMausJr hey i just want to say aerial arts is dangerous and deadly sport wearing shoes on is very unnecessary and is dangerous i would recommend not to because or foot could get stuck in particular moves and drops that could result in serious injury❤ stay safe

Yea if you’re starting fresh it’s gonna hurt. For a long time. Just keep practicing and after a couple years the pain will be a lot more bearable.
