Considering "uncolor" isn't even a word and you can pretty clearly hear her say "one color", I have to say you're wrong sir. Try listening again.

"We are more than numbers" - you are not what your pay check say's you are or are worth, meaning numbers give false value to life. The lyrics are relatable in numerous aspects, you could even go as far to say that the lyrics are very subtly or even not so subtly revolutionary.
