A was on tynemouth on Friday night the sea had flattened right of pretty poor but managed to get 3 out and 2 big rocklings still that small stamp coming through. Great vid tho keep them coming 👍👍👍
To the Left of the pipe few bass came out there last winter David or where the ramp is few rocks to the on the right park at the top and fish off the concrete ramp just got to bring your fish up the ramp as there’s big boulders in front of you 🎣👍
Haha it was only a matter of time Tracy! It was out again tonight in that bitter wind! Thanks for watching and commenting and tight lines if you’re out and about 🤞👍🙋♂️
Despite no fish this was just a master class tutorial pal. Always love watching these vids you do , so well put together and even as an old hand i always learn something new, that granny knot hack to halve the breaking strain is class. So in exchange my tip for you is for very windy days i carry a nylon motorcycle helmet bag in my kit, just fill with rocks/wet sand and hang it off the rest, a strong carrier bag would do too, and my rest stays firmly planted all Cod season long come hell or highwater on the Holderness coast :) . Tight lines and better luck next time out 🤞:)
Cheers Michael very much appreciated mate, kind words indeed, thank you🙏👍 That’s a very good tip, yes I’ll have to give that a try one time👌🏻 Thanks for watching and commenting, tight lines for your next trip out👍👍
My session tonight on east coast, looked very similar to those conditions, very big waves, tough going mixed bag of whiting & dogfish, roll on the cod run, big up & tight lines, look forward to next installment
Good watch as always david funny enough a was there last night chucking some big baits out some good bangs too only had the 1 out like about a pound keep up the good work mate 🎣💪🏻👍🏻
I was at Seaton Sluice beach about 4pm, northerly swells running, quite big. Looked well worth a dark hours visit. Sea was much bigger at Sluice than where you are.
Nice mixed ground there David it looks very a promising spot when the seas dying away after a good blow. I fished it a month or so back further right at the recycling plant and I definitely fancy a shot there this winter.
Try the north side by the caravan park, no one seems to fish there, I don't know why but they always head for the barren beach, where to me by the river exit ( N side) seems the most likely place but I freely admit I've never fished there either. You could park in the caravan park no one will care, they've even got a chip shop for on the way back if you blank, great vid as usual David.
Thanks David great vid well done trying to sort out the first fish of the season, love them storm beech
Cheers Richard thanks very much for watching and commenting, tight lines 🙋♂️💪👍
