This is so wonderful! I love the parrots! And yeah, I would love to see paintings influenced by Hinduism. I mean, I also love the fairy tales of the west. But Hinduism has some really fun and wonderful stories that most westerners haven't heard. I'd love to see what you would create 😊
Thank you so much, I'm happy you enjoyed it and thank you for the encouragement 🌱 Exactly true, I love the classical fantasy. But lately I've been wanting to make my stories more unique and the best way to do so is incorporate more of my own identity. I'm very excited about it
HELLO 👋👋 I really love your art!I even followed you on different platform like here ,FB and Instagram!!!I I just have one question or probably two maybe three???😅...so I bought both acrylic painting and acrylic watercolor they are not branded ,they are cheap....and it frustrate me how it is hard for me to go with lighter color after putting down dark colors like you did...is it because the paint I used plays a big role here or is it because I still don't know how to use the paint (which I admit) and lastly ...in order to achieve light colors on the dark ,I need to make sure that the dark color paint is dry before I put anything lighter?...BIG THANK YOU🙇🙇🙇
Hello hello! Thank you so much for your support and for watching my videos! In answer to your question - different paints have different opacity (how transparent/see through they are). If you find it frustrating because you put a dark color, and then light colors above it are not showing up, it's because of the quality of paint and its low opacity (they are very see through). That is the case with your acrylic. For watercolor you have to work light to dark because watercolor is naturally a transparent medium. It's definitely not your skills... I recommend investing in better quality paint. They will have higher opacity
To your second question: yes let the dark layer completely dry before putting light layers on top of it. This is because if the dark layer is still wet, applying the light layer above it is going to mix the water together and thus the color
@@kiaraintheforest ohhhh!!! thank you very much!! now I understand it more...Will definitely follow your advice to invest in better quality paint!Thank you again🙇💖
I understand the desire to get cheap materials like the washi tape, but I would suggest you avoid Temu and similar stores as they don't reflect the values you have expressed in videos and your art... Of course, you can choose whatever you decide, but I'd urge you to think about it 😊 Beautiful painting as always 💚
Thank you for watching and yes I totally hear what you are saying. I try everyday to be mindful about when, where and how frequently I shop. This washi tape was my first and only purchase on temu as it was something new at the time and I was curious about the process 🌱
@kiaraintheforest Thank you for clarifying ☺️ I feel like you and I align in our views so much and I know it's hard trying to be mindful all the time, but it's a little easier when we know there are others trying the same
I love your painting! Absolutely beautiful!😊🍄🧚💜
Thank you so much 💚🌱

Yes definitely! I use them in my sketchbook since they're very detailed and small
The parrot caught me so off guard but honestly, I love them!! What is their name?
