I dumped the carbs... and need to time restrict eating. I can lose 1 pound per week.

The 50 % fat, 25%, 25% refers to percentage of calories? So I get 50% of my calories from fat?

Vegetarian is an option to add more variety for the people who choose it but not at all necessary. In fact, Most of the recipes in the books are not vegetarian, however they do have a delicious variation available to make them vegetarian if someone wants to eat more plant-based.

The information is sound, the presentation is wooden and awkward. Too wordy and obviously scripted.
Know your subject (he does, he's an internationally acclaimed expert) and just talk passionately about it, cutting to the chase.

Yes, it’s wooden and scripted like a Great Courses lecture.

I just can't believe this guy spent 50 minutes for something it should be no longer than 15 minutes. Too repetitive and then nothing new. Just say: Go keto people!!!

@Andrea Lev lower carbs AND caloric intake.
      In that order.
      Stick to only
Meats, eggs, seafood and green vegetables.

Um... It's new to people outside your bubble. Most people have never heard that carbs can do this, most people have been told their entire lives that fat is deadly. It's important to explain to people how what they've been told their entire lives is wrong, and why it's wrong. It's especially helpful to understand the science behind what happens to carbs inside our bodies.

Sad really to see a brilliant scientist and doctor presenting himself like a ginzo knife salesman on an informercial TV station. I have read his book and watching him being interviewed and was very impressed. After watching this infomercial I have lost a lot of respect for him. Guess he needs the money. Another form of addicton--can't get enough.

This was actually made as a public service for PBS, and he didn’t make money doing it. The reason it is even on the RUclips Channel is because he negotiated for it to be free for educational purposes a few years after it aired on PBS.
