- Hi guys! Welcome to a new video:) I have asked my eight other au pair friends about their experience in Italy 🇮🇹 in hopes that it can help someone with their experience. I feel like there aren’t as many videos out there about au pairing so I wanted to make one for someone that was curious about the experience. I hope this video helped someone and encouraged them to explore and travel the world. Thank you for watching.💓#aupairworld #aupair #aupairvlog #aupairlife #aupairinItaly #aupairinterview

i’m 17 years old and i’ve been wanting to be an au pair after i graduate from college for a long time. this video was great, it was super informative and answered a lot of my questions. i have a few reservations about being an au pair, but i think it’s something that i genuinely want to do. thank you again! p.s. olivia’s personality is hilarious, i love her
Go for it! I’m glad you liked the video:) and yes, everyone loves Olivia (she’s one of a kind) I love her sm
this should become an inspirational documentary x
Omg that’s the best compliment ever❤
thank you for making this video! I really liked hearing the different answers from everyone. It made me think more about poossibly becoming an au pair in the future. I am someone who gets anxious very easily (as well as someone who's never even flown on plane), so this would be a big leap for me.
Glad it was helpful! Hopefully you’ll try au pairing or travel soon:)

My job is done 😎
I literally just started being an au pair in italy like... two weeks ago tomorrow. omg it's crazy! i work reaaally long hours (more than I realised I would be, so that's hard). I really want to meet people my own age. I'm in Bologna and there is a university here, so in theory lots of potential connections, but I just don't know how to find friends, or even find the energy TO find friends because it's crazy how childcare just knocks you out!
I know it’s really hard, especially the beginning. But once you get the hang of it I promise it gets easier. The best way to meet people is to just go out at night when you have time and network. It’s the best way and maybe you’ll meet some locals. Luckily there was a group chat when I got here but making friends is really important. Best of luck!
@@elizabethohw7101hey ! What’s the name of the groupchat ?
Hi, can we directly get the visa process done without any agencies being involved? Is that possible ❤@@elizabethohw7101
Thanks for this video girls and for all the advices !! ❤❤❤

Love this! How did you find other au pairs in your area?
There was already a group chat that was made for au pairs in the area, and the au pair in the family before me added me!
How did y’all plan your au pair? Did you use an app or website? Great video girls 🫶🏼
Thank you!! Most of us used AuPairWorld.com to find our families. Hope this helps:)
You are all so fun! What group chat did you guys meet on? I am going to start au pairing in Italy, I’m trying to figure out which part of Italy I’m going to au pair, do you advise starting in imperia? Is there an agency you guys go through or what website did you guys use?
Hey, there was a group chat of au pairs in Imperia and that’s how I met everyone. I personally really liked Imperia because it’s close to France so you’re able to do day trips to the south of France. Most of us used AuPairWorld.com to find our families in Italy! Hope this helps:)
How did you meet all of them?
how did you contact them are you all friends?
Which agency did you go with?
No agency, found my family on aupairworld.com!
