- In this episode of "Fix it Dennis" I will share with you valuable information on bad driving habits that you should not do to prolong the clutch of your car.
Sa video na ito ay ibabahagi ko sayo ang aking mga kaalaman tungkol sa mga hindi mo dapat gawin habang nagmamaneho upang tumagal ang clutch ng iyong sasakyan.

Pinapanood ko videos mo sir, bale ok na ung sa clutch ko medyo gamay ko na pero ewan ko kung ako lang ang problema ko ung rev ko. Kasi mabigat at oaa ko😁😁 di ko macontrol rev ko lagi ko napapa abot ng 3k rev hindi ko kasi maramdaman na madiin na oala tapak ko lalo na kapag matarik na daan ung mabilisang lipat ng paa sa gas pero kung patag naman ok lang kaya ko kontrlin rev problema ko nalang ung mabilisang lipat sa gas na hindi lalagpas ng 2k rev..

About sa racing sir meron akong built civic dito sa u.s using it for drag race sa burnout lang popping clutch pero for launched we do slipping it bali naka anggat na yung clutch pedal kung saan yung kanyang realeasing point para hindi ma shock yung drivetrain sa drag strip kasi sticky surface nila. But overall maganda vids to para sa baguhan.

yung clutch riding pag uphill madali minsan sabihin pero kase minsan uphill tapos moving trapik na mabagal di mo talaga maiiwasan. na experience somewhere in cavite yung mga loob loob don na ang labas sa CALAX. meron sobrang taas don sabay main road yung taas na may trapik din. iyak talaga. vios xle manual pa gamit ko, ewan ko ba don bakit ayaw umandar agad pag complete stop tapos paahon at medyo mabigat

1. I wonder about half clutching ng mga higher gear for example 4,5,6... Hindi po ba magkakaproblema ang clutch dun?
2. Pag downhill po tapos naka neutral, does it hurt the clutch?
Sana masagot po mga tanong ko salamat ang keep up the quality content sir.
Remember to hold the clutch at biting point not more than 3-5seconds. Do not coast in neutral specially at downhill.

Ask ko lang po, I'm just learning to drive at ayaw kong maging clutch driver pero kasi po ung parking area ko is masikip kaya pang nagaatras abante lage ako nakatapak sa clucth, kasi kapag hndi ko sya hinold e possible mabangga ko mga building. I keep it hold hanggang mkalabs ako pero once na nakalabas na ko sa hiway, okay na po ung paa ko is nasa foot rest na and gas na lang tinatapakan, and break to slow don. I don't know if it's proper. I'm just worries n masunog ung clucth ko. Thanks po.
Sir ask ko lang lalo pag nsa skinita ka. Mbgal lang takbo. Nka ist gear lang. Kailngan din nman tpkan ung cluctch pra di mamatyan ng mkina di ba? Pero pag diretso na takbo di na kailngan apakan clucth. Slmat idol dami ntutunan sa vlog. Mo. New driver here.
Depende sa takbo or kasalukuyang speed ng sasakyan.. Kapag mababa na sa 10kph ang takbo sa eskinita or deretso man ay kailangan mo apakan ang clutch all the way down para di mamatayan ng makina specially kapag papahinto na.

Mali pala sir ung gngwa ko habang nsa driving school. Hahaha. Lagi nkaabang paa ko sa clutch yun kasi sabi. At lagi naka biting point ako kapag nsa 1st gear. Pwede pala irelease all thru out while nakaandar na sya kahit nsa 1st gear palang. Then paglipat sa 2nd gear dahan2 alisin paa sa clutch. Hehe. Yung mga maliliit na detalye na importante di nila tinuturo.

Opinion ko Lang po na, Sana aware din Tayo na may mga nagtuturo sa driving school na Di gaanong marunong sa mechanical Ng car, I mean they teach you how to drive because they know how to drive but they actually don't know how it works

Kaya ako ibinabahagi ko din sa inyo ang mga kaalaman ko sa mechanical ng sasakyan dahil malaki ang maitutulong nun upang maintindihan natin paano nagbebehave ang sasakyan natin and in that way mamamaneho natin ito ng mas maayos at mamaximize natin ang usage without compromizing safety of both us drivers and the vehicle.
Clutch rider ang tawag jan masisira ang clutch mo pagpalage nakasakay paa mo sa clutch

Naka clutch na ko (biting point) then brake. Pag nag Go na po ba pwede ko b gawin ung mag bigay ako ng more Rev then bitaw sa clutch. Di po ba mamatay makina non? Prang ung ginawa nyo sa bad habit number 2.

Meron po ako experience na sa tricycle ko. 270km ang byahe ko deretso ko mag gas lng ang pahinga at loaded ng 170kg ang tricycle with 14T * 44T ang combi ng sprocket ko tapos pag dating sa distination may 3 akyatan na may 35° to 47° ang slope at habang 100m ,to 160m at 250m.
Sa combi ng sprocket ko ay kayang kaya naman sana kaso dahil sa design ng tricycle kc continental sya ung passenger ko ay nakatapat sa gulong sa likod kaya pag nasa akyatan ay uma angat sabay hila pakanan hanggang babalandra sa kalsada kc wala akong counter weight sa harap tapos may humps ang akyatan. Bali ang ginawa ko sa motor para mai akyat ko ang tricycle na hindi aangat ang harap ay nag half clutch ako kc kong bibitawan ko ng buo ang clutch ay mabibitin ang motor lalo na nasira ang bwelo ko dahil sa humps.
Ang tanong ko po sa 30 meters na ginamitan ko ng half clutch para para mai akyat ko yung tricycle dahil sa humps na yan lalo na nangamoy kunti yung clutch posible ba na may nasirang clutch ng motor?
Yes posible na nagkaron ng uneccesary wear and tear and clutch lining dahil masyado matagala ang paghold sa biting point na nagresulta sa masyadong pagtaas ng temperature. Kung di nman madalas na ginagawa ay pwede padin nman tumagal ang clutch lining.

Meron pang ibang bad habit, nasa 2nd gear sobrang alalay pa sa clutch at di kaagad nirerelease. Kala nila maingat na driver di nila clutch rider na sila. Yung iba naman may 1st gear ang sasakyan sa 2nd gear nagtake off tapos sobrang tagal sa bite point, akala nila tama yun. Hirap turuan mga driver na alam nila marunong at magaling na daw. Peace kung may tinatamaan.

Nice content, reminds me of my days in driving school way back 2013. Ganitong ganito matututunan mo, buti na lang andyan kayo para mag remind at magturo sa mga nakalimot or nakapagdrive na lang basta at nagkelisensya... Maganda talaga naisa-batas na mag-driving school bago magka-license for their own good, their vehicle and others na rin sa kalsada... Well tanong ko rin po sir pano kung nasira hand-brake mo tapos paparada ka uphill, ok lang ba ng mag-engage ng gear then turn-off ang sasakyan? Ano ang mga risk? Ano pong opinyon nyo? Salamat po sir... =)

My advice kapag paparada sa uphill na walang handbrake is gumamit ng pangkalang sa gulong kahit nakaengage pa ang gear ng transmission para meron pang failsafe sakaling masagi ang sasakyan at accidentally kumawala sa gear ang transmission.. maprevent ang certain accidents like car rolling down the hill.

Good day po sir Dennis. Ask ko lang po. G4 2015 manual transmission po. Ano po dahilan bakit pag ng sigunda ako minsan d po papasok pag galing naman sa trisira d naman makapasok sa sigunda. Papasok man sya kaso ang takbo ko napaka bagal na or minsan naka hinto na bago sya pumasok. Kilangan napo bang palitan ung pressure plate, clutch lining tsaka release bearing? Salamat po sa reply.

Goodeve po sir..yung paradahan ko po paakyat tapos paatras pa tapos parallel parking pa ang ginagamit ko pong parking dahil subrang kitid.. yung ginagawa ko po half clutch tapos lagyan ko ng gas hindi ko binibitawan si halfclutch dahil aabante namn yung sasakyan ko minsan mangamoy lining..tanong ko lang po pwd ba magbabad sa halfclutch habang binibigyan ko lang ng kaunting gas kahit 1500 rpm- 2000 rpm...bagohan pa po akong driver at kung mali yun ano ba ang tamang gawin sir?
Importante mong malaman ka Fixit na kapag nakahold ka sa biting point ay tumataas ang temperature sa clutch lining kaya mas matagal kang nakahold ay mas umiinit din ito na maaring magresulta sa premature wear and tear, tama nman na nireregulate mo lang sa tamang level ang rpm. advice ko sayo alis alisin mo din sa biting point ang clutch at times para bumaba ulit ang temp, try holding the brake pedal at times and dont hold the clutch at biting point for more than 5seconds to be safe.

Sir pansin ko nga po sa mga jeepney driver 2nd gear kaagad ang ginagamit nila kapag aandar sila, pagkatapos ng full stop 2nd gear kaagad gagamitin nila, diba po nakakasama sa clutch disc yun at napupudpod kagad yung clutch disc kasi hindi tugma sa arangkada yun.
