I only ever played this for the first time last year. I knew about it since I was a kid. I just wasn't interested in this at the time. I wanted everything to be shooting and fighting. And then I remember seeing this as a plot point to that Adam Sandler movie where he plays this all day because hes depressed about losing his family or something. I am really enjoying this game. The first time playing through, I only got to the electric eel colossus, so like what, 5? 6? Then I lost track. But now I started over and I am up to 10. Really fun game. The one colossus that acts like a bull was annoying ahaha! It would be wonderful to see this remade with todays graphics capabilities, and dynamic mid boss battle cut scenes, like the ones on the Spider-Man games. Im sure that they could make these colossus battles super dynamic. They could also add tons of replay value by maybe throwing in a character customizer, or at least clothing options. They could expand the exploration factor a lot by allowing you to hunt more. maybe have an eco system- different fauna.
What you're talking about? This IS the remake of the game with todays graphics, the original was a Ps2 game. This REMAKE was launched on the Ps4's later years, things didn't changed much from Ps4 to Ps5, take a look at God of War for reference. It sure would be great to have a true sequel to SotC, but another remake? Not.
