Everyone forgets to talk about the fact that if something goes wrong with a mirrorless camera, the repair price is several times higher than in the case of a DSLR.
Yep. And to avoid all that, I have decides to shoot only on film cameras (right now) that I can fix myself easily or with considerable effort without risking further damage.
A guy with a DSLR and a guy with a mirrorless takes the same photo. They argue about which one is better. Then they both go back to edit their photos in Photoshop. What's the point of all this?
Thanks for the video short. My Canon 90D and 5DMKIV DSLR allows for these features in “Live View”. The mirror locks up and the rear monitor screen provides your optical view. I can touch focus and use color peak assist manual focusing. Also have the Sony a6400 & Canon R6MKII
Nah, even PRO DSLRs are robust & now inexpensive from USED Market. Repairs also inexpensive. Mirrorless in 3 - 5 years maybe. Mirrorless still in infancy.
A Nikon D780 in live view will do everything mentioned in this video I think the main advantage of mirror less is more compact size and faster shutter speeds for those that need it.
Only when using available or continuous light one can see a preview of the shot ; when using strobes you can't. So you forgot to tell your viewers that part of the story.
And all this at a price 50% higher than DSLRs so that the camera manufacturers can get richer. I shot over 500 weddings with a Hasselblad with no electronics, and a shutter speed control and aperture control on the lens. All my clients loved their photos. It’s not the camera that makes the photographer.
@@aukahpusing9887 How many milliseconds did it take you to come up with that ignorant response. If you can't make a cogent argument for your case then piss off and don't waste my time.
That is the wsy it feels to take pics on a dslr it are those moments that you take the shots. I do not see the benefits on a mirrorless camera over a dslr. I am a nature macro and landscape photographer. It is the best way to learn how to take pics and if they fail you have more to learn.
reason #1 - live view reason #2 - true but negligible (i have sharp eyes) reason #3 - touchscreen focusing (not all mirrorless have it) reason #4 - again, negligible these are just lazy reasoning 🤣 invest on knowledge first then gears.. date the body, marry the lens..
Bro you don’t know what you are talking about buddy 😂. You can touch your screen on a dslr to focus and see the picture before you take it on dslr I have a few cameras and my canon 80d (dslr) can do them both 😂😂
Nikon is ending DSLRs they will no longer be made and the lenses for them Canon also One thing though I am going to get a SonyEA-EL 4 to use Sony Minolta A series lenses and kill two birds with one stone for My A 7 MK 1
Mirrorles are shitty flat digital photos, super clear super crispy bla bla, just amateur. Choose mirrorles if u dont know how to do good stuff, and if you want to make what everybody is doing

By the way, DSLRs break more often
You can focus with your finger on a dslr. I do it on my Nikon D5600
It depends on the lens focus length
I do it with my smartphone
Same with my canon 80D

They are not better, they are easyer to work with...
Thanks for your comment! By the way, what is the number one thing you would like to learn on photography and retouching? I will make a video about it!
DSLRs are better.
mirrorless is for people without patience. I prefer DSLR
People who already has an expensive DSLR are a bit upset in the comments section I think.
Seriously which one is better in 2024 ..?! Thanks :)
thank you this is the review I was looking for
just like in cars, mirrorless are like hybrids or evs. it depends on your preference but i still prefer petrol

I love the speed of Sony SLT Alfa 77 mark 2. What should I upgrade it too ?
What are the disadvantages?

Bullshit

The sharpness of the image has much more to do with the lens than it has to do with the body, regardless if it's DSLR, SLR or mirorless

Are the same just out mirror
How does the lack of a mirror make the image sharper?
Even I went huh??!!
Google it
Learn to use a DSLR better because it's better for skilled photographers, trust me.
Even now?
Funny, i heard the exact same observation from film photographers when DSLRs came about.
Use the DSLR with real time viewfinder
Boom
Truth❤❤
Use live view on a DSLR , same as Mirrorless. Best of both worlds.
so live view isn’t a thing according to this guy. canon eos 5d mark ii has it and it was released back in the 2010s 😂
I can do the same on my Canon 5d mark iv, I don't know what are you talking about
just purchased the nikon Z7ii- its superb...

every single volume on 100%, still cant hear you
Try learning technology..
Volumes fine
It's better because you take the challenge out of photography? 💀
They’re not better as long it’s all full frame

Exactly, can do all this on my Canon 90D. Serge your talking nonsense.
