Olympian Spouses & Army NCO's | Amro Elgeziry & Isabella Isaksen

Sgt. Amro Elgeziry, a unit supply specialist, and his wife Sgt. Isabella Isaksen, are both Olympians that compete in the modern pentathlon in the Army’s World Class Athlete program (WCAP).
At age 34, Elgeziry will make his fourth appearance at the Olympics and his first time representing Team U.S.A. Elgeziry’s previous appearances has been for his native country of Egypt in 2008, 2012, and 2016.
Isaksen is a Multiple Launch Rocket System Crewmember for the Army and became an Olympian in 2016 competing in the modern pentathlon along with her sister Margaux in Rio de Janeiro.
During this conversation, they reveal how they utilize principles from the Army's Holistic Health and Fitness H2F program to keep their minds and bodies ready for high level competition and training that both the Olympics and the Army demand.
