The first part. I have been having it for years. I add butter to pan then banana slices to roast on butter and gradually add sugar. It melts to caramel and some of it becomes crystallized. Serve it with chocolate sauce. Add sprinkles/ marshmallows whatever is available. Tastes awesome.
Ive been making the banana part of this dish for ages... I put it on my pancakes/waffles/fresh toast.. topped off with a big dollop of coconut whip cream
