Easy to forget the ridiculous scope of a project like this. I can't believe the amount of planning, work, and evaluation necessary to bring a coach build to life from an idea to reality. Another awesome installment!
That back end looks so resolved, and super stylish too. Loving the way this is all ocoving together. I backed a winner whewn I started watching this RUclips series way back when!
Great video as usual Folks. When I was taught metal working back in the 1970's, I was taught to rub aluminium with ordinary soap before annealing. You heat the panel until the soap turns black, then you're done.
Shirt idea: Scientific Process: Step 1: F*** Around Step 2: Find Out And on the back, “This isn’t what we discussed” Throw a shop logo on there whala, my pockets will be emptied and there’s nothing I can do about it
This is taking a painstakingly long time and is getting boring. Also, what's going to happen with the interior? Considering the time and effort spent on the body, the interior should be nothing less than complete luxury with all the bells and whistles. Somehow though, I think you're going to fall short. I guess we'll find out in a couple years.
Good points rimjob7168, I too hope they can't meet the unflinchingly rigid standards of some jackass rando on the internet. If you don't have something constructive to say, keep it to yourself rj. The only positive thing about your unthoughtful comments are that maybe the algorithm treats it as "engagement" for advertising rankings.

You guys are artists! This car is going to be beautiful!
I've followed this build for quite a while now and I'm just blown away by the skills you guys have! Amazing work, for sure! Keep it up! 🤘🤘
Thank you very much!
Having "aluminium" and "aluminum" in the same sentence is on another level. The build is great too.
Thanks guys! I enjoy watching you two guys smashing things. Thanks Ray

Every week jigsaw is looking more and more like a PROPER supercar!
Your videos are one of the things I look forward to each week. Cars, fabrication, tips, entertainment. You guys check all the boxes.
love seeing the pieces come together. makes it seem like a really massive step forward
Love you are keeping the English wheel skill alive!
i love how the big panel looks
This is looking great. 1 step at a time.
Love this build, thanks for sharing
It's coming together!! :D
I could imagine a triangular piece of sheet with dimples (dimple die holes) in the middle of the struts Tony made next to the seats. Just a thought ❤
awesome work! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Good morning gentlemen!
You need to make a Mad Max/ Deathrace armadillo. That would be sweet, rivets and exposed seams.
You guys and mike from corn field customs should get together, both are great metal workers.
Nice Work. Merry Christmas & Happy New Years 2025.

Why not Sharpie markers?
Well done gentleman. What's the blue spray? Just kidding. :-D
*insert Michael Scoot saying "don't" gif here*
a Volkswagen armadillo
I feel like the "style" of the front fender does not match the rear now. The front fender has a harder edge, and you've got the armadillo on the back.
Write a hidden 69 somewhere on the car and note how long tony takes to see and remove it
Who is going to daily this??
Like the video but the music is absolutely terrible
The older guy really can not weld worth a crap. For somebody that's suppose to be a professional what he builds and welds looks like shit.
The rear isn't right at all. Too bulbous 😅

Post your channel so we can see how quickly your 60s inspired super car is coming along.
You guys are just super talented, I just love this channel so much
