Sir I have some questions about sa examples mo po sa Doctrine of Proximate Cause: 1. What was the crime committed by Pedro in that scenario? Will that be homicide? 2. Is there a liability on the truck driver's end? If there is, can it be justified as a honest mistake of fact? since the driver is just driving (lawful) and his intention is to presumably travel from point a to b (lawful intention), and I would argue that there's no culpa in that scenario (without fault).
