Great channel! New subscriber...and now I have to go make a burger for lunch! Gosh! Pardon the compliment, but you look like a movie star! Favorite videos so far was your kitchen tour and the sausage smoking process with your husband & friends. Also I like the that y'all are from Texas (Laredo born & raised now living in Montana) and your garden spots seem to be coming along! You have a good relaxing narrative style, good communication skills and I admit to being a little nostalgic for home when I saw the HEB brand on some of your ingredients!!! Time to fire up the grill for that burger...32 degrees, but sunny today in MT! Thanks for sharing!
I'd not worry too much about how they look. If you do? Throw in an egg into the mix when mixing in onions etc - will help them stay together whe cooking
They look pretty good. The falling apart is from too much onion, it was more like 1/2 cup you used, not 1/4 cup. I personally could not use all those spices, I want to taste the meat so a LITTLE garlic, salt and pepper is what I'll use bcoz blue cheese is quite salty itself.
Alot of moisture in the burguer, cheese and the onion. Lid off is a better way to cook them because that moisture does not let them brown as well and you won't get as nice of a crust. Good video though. 👍
That's going to be a good hamburger I was afraid that the cheese would run out of the hamburger when you cooked it it looks good I'll have to try this myself thank you
The way you handle the meat in your hands comes from lots of experience. You’re so good at it.

Now that burger looks delicious.
I would have done lid off & used a spatula to flip it.... I came to your channel from your slow cooker pot roast recipe! It looked sooooooooo good 💞
