we were there a week or two before you the first salt pan on the waa line was very wet and we nearly got stuck had to turn around as well, we did the rig all the way, just stunning ! got out at Mt. Dare just before the roads were closed from there to Alice and on to surveyors generals corner what a great trip... not so much a desert !! lots of camels on the WA side.
Great videos - we came through after you to Tibboburra and everything was closed - we wanted to get through to Innamincka and couldn't. The desert was amazing wasn't it? Looking forward to Part 3.
Hi Guys, Do you know what your fuel consumption was in the defenders? I have a TD5 110 and I am planning the trip at the moment, it would be a good comparison.Cheers

Dry mate so no footage
That cruiser at 11:07 looked a bit like the patriot campers super tourer.
Nice one Stefan :)
which month would be best to go to the Birdsville track? I was told June.
The Birdsville Track is just a gravel road best time is in the Australian Winter June to August
best to go well before or after the Big Red Bash as it becomes very crowded then..
thank you
beautiful, tks. for share👍🆒
