  • After an unprecedented year of devastating cyber-attacks, an international push to track down hackers is under way.
Cyber gangs are being arrested in multiple countries, but not Russia, which has historically ignored accusations of harbouring some of the worst cyber-criminals.
BBC reporter Joe Tidy travelled to Russia to try to find the world’s most wanted hackers who are living millionaire lifestyles, with no chance of ever being arrested.

From history we have learned that there is no such thing as a perfect nation and those who think otherwise are simply delusional. The idea of a perfect country is nothing more than a fantasy, a fool's paradise that can never be achieved. Just look at the examples of China, Russia, Germany and even the UK and America. Each of these countries has had their share of problems and failures.
For example, take the example of China. This country is often held up as an example of a perfect nation, with its strong economy and impressive military. However, China is also known for its human rights abuses and its lack of freedom. The same can be said of Russia, which is often praised for its strong military, but is also known for its corruption and human rights abuses. Similarly, Germany is often praised for its economy and military, but it is also known for its Nazi past. And finally, the UK and America, while both considered to be great powers, have also been involved in a number of wars and have a history of human rights abuses.
Thus, it is clear that there is no such thing as a perfect country. Each nation has its own strengths and weaknesses, and no country is perfect. Those who believe otherwise are simply living in a fools paradise.
