No they both are different but depends on companies also...means few companies they call medical summarizers as medical reviewer only and in some insurance companies also there is a medical reviewer role but this is very different role than the medical reviewers in pharma company

Sorry doc, jobs in pharmaceutical industry is not a part time job...its a full time job of 8-9 hrs...So as of now you can focus on post graduation and job can be done later on also

I have studied 4 semesters of Pharmacology, 1 year of clinical pharmacy 3 years of Pharmacotherapy(applied pharmacology) and 1 more year of toxicology. Apart from that, 1 year of pure clinical research and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring too which is intended for narrow therapeutic window medicines like Cyclosporine and Digoxin. All of this and many more, And the job pays double to an MBBS who only studied 1 fricking year of Pharmacology and 1 year of forensic med. And toxicology? This is pathetic!! I bloody hate India! No wonder its a third world country! No appreciation of talent only appeal to authority! I did not study for 8 years only to get half the salary like 25-30k!

Why are the mbbs doctor paid twice the amount in a domain they are not even well versed in? They simply prescribe using a guide and algorithm. I have B.Pharm and Pharm D. This is the gross figures,nothing is fixed...even 7 to 9 lakhs is not fixed...the role which we are talking in this video for that people are even getting upto 15 lakhs also

In medical Reviewer you curate data with accuracy all the data u enter in ecrf . And you get pateint profile directly frm hospitals documents
It seems different than what we do in medical review inside pharma companies

Yes in few companies even pharmD, BDS,BAMS ,BHMS are working as a medical reviewer,but the salary which any MBBS is getting is not the same for others
