@@AndrewChin-ck9uk Hany is a great coach specially compared to the sus of others, but remember Steroids and low BF don't mix well. Your tendons and ligaments are incredibly weaker than your augmented, chemically enhanced muscle.
It's probably one of Dorian's regrets not just taking it easy once he was already ripped and dry
For Hadi that was a pretty easy workout with light weights. You can see it in the Video of Hany Rambod that they took it easy at this one.

@@giovannyc3886 5% bodyfat? Yes, i have. Not dehydrated though, because dehydrating makes Nattys flat on stage. Hadi's also not dehydrated yet. But i get your point and of course you're right, in general. But when you watch the whole video on Hany's Channel you can clearly see, that they train with lighter weights, less volume and lower intensity than usual, so they do try to minimise the danger. Hadi's just a really strong dude and ususally does the front squat with at least one more plate on each side.

Says a lot about how legit Derek is as a champ when the list of his weaknesses ist way longer than that of his strength
He has one good pose the RDB and even that is tainted by his weak, flat arms with no peaking biceps or hanging triceps. He is easily beaten by the other guy's in every other pose. I get so sick of the back seemingly being the be all and end all with the judges. They may as well call the competition Mr Back.

It's bullshit now and it was bullshit years ago when they kept giving Dorian Yates the win on the strength of one bodypart. His physique sucked. Average arms, chest and shoulders and completely non aesthetic. He had a big back and big legs and that's it. Yet wins 6 times. Why is there so much focus on the back? It's just one bodypart of many and there are actually only 2 back poses.
@@enoeart9933 True. I follow BB for about 20 years now and the most exciting part about every competition is, wether they have a good day and judge fair or they just do their "thing".

And sure, the back is important but the "shows are won from the back" thing came up because contenders were in some cases almost equal from the front and you can see the conditioning better in back poses. But nowadays they act like a good back is enough to win, no matter how bad you look in other poses. And ift that's the case then just get rid of all poses but BDB and BLS.
The 90s and early 2000s was on another level . This current era is thr era of who looks like a fridge the most.

I pray the lighting is good for once and secondly the athletes are in good shape . History has shown most won’t be . I think they all get around one another and their ADHD/OCD takes over . They start overeating etc. So hopefully they all come in sharp . Rafa looks very good and a top 6 is very possible for him .

315 is a mistake! And I don't think Chris is JUST doing the training. Which is the mistake they made last yr. Him overriding Aceto. High 280s he will still be 15lbs heavier than last yr. And he has to pull weight and water to get the detail in his problem areas. Not be heavier!
He’s not overriding Aceto. This what Aceto wanted. The day after Andrew won Texas Pro Aceto said he wants Andrew heavier at the Olympia. So that’s what they did and I believe that was the best thing to do. Andrew is the tallest on stage, weight matters for him. He has a bigger frame to fill. Unlike the 5’5 guys
I hope so, and yes its true he has a lot to fill in. But its also true that he's only going to be but so much heavier and have the quality he needs. This has been proven over and over, gaining too much weight too quick you lose detail. He can't afford to lose that. Derek won because number 2 &3 were off and lacked the detail to win the win-able side poses.
@@Retics he already had the weight but he shedded it for the Texas pro. He was 325 in the offseason before prepping for that show. He easily put most of that back on after the Texas pro. I say he’ll probably be about 305 on stage

Well we know Hadi isn’t likely to win after his behaviour at the Olympia last year. Going to have to be a couple guys really off for Hadi to win. Derek won last year so if he comes in better this year he will win. Unless Sampson or Andrew come in absolutely peeled. Neither guy has been able to do that yet though. Not expecting much with Sampson’s wife coaching him. She won’t want to push it with him and he will have too much influence over it. I think he’s going to overfill because he will want to look bigger and fuller. Andrew I feel has a chance of pulling it off. He’s got the wow factor and stands out on stage. They just got to nail the conditioning. We know the judges really like Brando and they are claiming he’s a lot bigger but we’ll see on the stage
