- He was spinal cord injured 4month before now came for further rehabilitation after 2 months of rehab showed in this video.
T12 paraplegia different types of bed exercise like prone on elbow,prone on hand,prone push up's spinal extension,prone to supine position ,side turning,lying to sitting,long sitting balance,sitting push up's,stooping and all mat activities exercise showed this video then how to wear caliper ,how to stand up from bed and walking with walker used of KAFO mild back support, he can able to walk in parallel bar independently without manual support , upper limb strengthening using dumbbells all showed in this video i hope this video helpful for those who are spinal cord injured people and student's.

Walking & standing after being paralysed:-
First do sitting balance & upper arms,fingers movement ex if u don't have movement/strength in them, then do basic ex for leg movements for initiating independent walking with walker/stick without person support
Walker:-
*standing with walker by supporting knee against bed& 2 persons holding knees & upper body to prevent bending(3-5 min)
*Walking with two person support
*tell how to fold walker
*standing with walker(5-10 mins)
*walking with walker(2 variations)(15-20 mins)
walking with stick:-

*wall & walker
*wall & stick
*standing by wall/grill hold
*walking with stick
*walking with elbow crutch
*also try side & back walk(holding & without holding wall)
**if u want initiate walking without any assistive devices & initiate running keep doing strengthening ex for quadriceps,hamstrings,hip flexor,abductor,glutes max,abdomen,hip internal rotators,upper &lower back& calf & foot muscles
*independent standing(1-2 mins or 3-5 mins)

Good recovery. He has ability to walk on road also but he needs to work on his trunk control, bridging exercises, neel standing. He should wear kito footwear while walking with KAFO & walker otherwise there r chances of sliping.

could the walker be a little lower? he definitely has to have some range of motion in his elbow to push but his shoulders are hiked all the way up, which could cause secondary problems such as being hunched over too much

The extent of spinal cord injury (SCI) is defined by the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) Impairment Scale (modified from the Frankel classification), using the following categories [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] :
A = Complete: No sensory or motor function is preserved in sacral segments S4-S5
B = Incomplete: Sensory, but not motor, function is preserved below the neurologic level and extends through sacral segments S4-S5
C = Incomplete: Motor function is preserved below the neurologic level, and most key muscles below the neurologic level have a muscle grade of less than 3
D = Incomplete: Motor function is preserved below the neurologic level, and most key muscles below the neurologic level have a muscle grade that is greater than or equal to 3
E = Normal: Sensory and motor functions are normal
