hard reset all VORTEX phone

Its not volume up it’s volume down power button for 3 seconds and let go i just did it on a vortex phone

Thanks!!!! For me it was like 10 seconds. After that a dead android robot came up and an error saying "no command"
After that I pressed the buttons randomly and went to the bootloader.
