當你走進大廳，凝視著你感知到的一切奇妙之物，你來到了為地球居民而保留的一個特別的圓圈。這個圓圈包含著各種不同大小和形狀的火焰，它們看起來很像不同種類的花。那裡有「重生」的座位，邀請造訪聖殿的靈魂坐下來，安靜地沉浸在這個能量裡。現在，選擇其中一把椅子坐下來，儘量輕鬆自在。就坐在那一把正在召喚你的椅子上，它看起來像朵蓮花，但那時一個蓮花火焰。這個金色蓮花火焰完全包覆你的身體，提高你的能量。當你坐著並沉思你經驗到的神奇時，繼續把能量吸進來，儘量地吸收一切，感覺到火焰彌漫著你存在的每一面向。
花幾分鐘在覺知中提出你想要清除的東西，以及生活中你最想要復蘇的部分。持續地專注於你正在收受的大禮物，被陪伴、照顧你們需要的天使滋養愛護著。繼續呼吸，因為你要儘量把最多的能量帶回去，帶進身體。你帶進的愈多，你的振動也提高得愈多。
感覺你的身體裡已深刻地留下重生的能量，覺察自己的感受和這個火焰如何影響你。意識到它的感受並讓自己的感覺器官打開，感受更多生命裡所有的面向。感覺它為你的心帶來喜樂。盡你所能地吸收一切，並感覺你現在變得輕了多少，就好像天使們抱著你們一樣。帶著覺知設定意圖，以這個神奇的火焰提高你的振動，這個火焰可以把你拉高，也讓你脫離你正在療癒的和想要使它達到平衡的困境。
不要猶豫去請求耶穌大師/蕯南達和他摯愛的娜達，以重生火焰的動力來協助你們。他們都是那火焰的大師。假如身為耶穌的蕯南達，可以在被釘於十字架之後，讓自己的身體復活，也以相同的能量，是聖經中的拉撒路（Lazarus）起死回生，他當然可以對你有很大的助益。他所做的，你也可以做，但是你必須象他一樣，經過一段時間去培養自己的動力，你也可以使用這個火焰，確實地讓你的身體重生，進入一個完善、美好、光輝、明亮、永生和無限性的神聖狀態。
